FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. What's the difference between Digital Download and Physical with Frame?

  • Digital Download: You only purchase the high-resolution art file. Ideal for those who live far away, want to save on shipping, or prefer to print on a specific material themselves. The link arrives in your email shortly after confirmation, and also on the checkout page. Pay attention to the product description to know the file dimensions.

  • Physical with Frame: You receive the finished artwork at your home. Art printed with maximum quality, framed and protected. Just take it out of the box and hammer the nail into the wall.

2. How do I receive the digital file? As soon as payment is approved, the system automatically sends a link to your email. The file is in high definition, ready for large-format printing without losing any detail.

3. Is the physical frame well protected? Absolutely. The frames are wrapped in layers of protection, and your feedback is crucial for me to constantly improve logistics. The goal is for it to arrive impeccably, without scratches and perfect for use.

4. What is the delivery time for the physical frame? Since it's not a generic stock product, I take about 3 business days to carefully prepare the print and the frame. After that, there's the shipping time of the carrier you choose at checkout. You will receive a tracking code to follow its journey.

5. Can I use the digital art for commercial purposes? No. The digital download is for personal use. You can print it for your home, office, or as a gift. If you want to use it in a commercial project, brand, or similar, please contact me first so we can discuss licensing. Sometimes we can even adapt it better to your idea, change colors or something similar!

6. I had a problem with my order. What now? If the link didn't arrive, arrived corrupted, or the frame was damaged in transit, please send me a message at emptywolfz.wfz@gmail.com or contact me here. We'll resolve it without bureaucracy. The goal is for the art to arrive where it needs to be.
